Better Moves for Better Movement
This session will provide participants with information and activities that are designed specifically to increase longevity and reduce injury. In this session, information will be provided to critically look at training as it relates to specific activities as well s activities which enhance overall performance. Training will be looked at specifically from three standpoints: Performance, Rehabilitation and Corrective Maintenance. Also, how each of these relate to continuing with outdoor activities, improving performance through specific training for outdoor activities, or, perhaps getting out for your first outdoor activity.
